In Search of the Best Supplements to Lose Weight

Do you struggle with your weight on an almost endless basis and waste far too much money trying to find the best supplements to lose weight? Have you taken weight off in the past, felt pretty damned good about yourself, and then put it right back on?

I know how you feel.

Some people just seem to have it huh? They can eat anything they like, ans actually lose weight! And then there are those like us who have to watch every single bite just to not gain!

Sometimes a person just gets to the point where we just want to give up. And it’s then — for me anyway — that in frustration we start to look for shortcuts. An easy way out.

I mean really, if I can just get down 20 or 30 lbs I’ll be encouraged, motivated, pumped to keep gong. And if I can do it without a lot of discomfort, all the better!

Can supplements really work? Why not?

  • We’re encouraged to take vitamins every day
  • We take fibre to help with digestion
  • Vitamin C is supposed to help us get over a cold
  • Osteoporosis? Take Vitamin D
  • The Omega 3 fatty acid in fish oil pills are supposed to be good your heart

We take supplements every day without even thinking about it and yet somehow weight loss supplements are seen as some kind of sake oil.

I don’t buy it!

In an advanced society like ours we can come up with supplements to keep our teeth strong, our volume of nutrients high, and slow down digestion but we can’t come up with something that helps suppress appetite to speed up metabolism? Really?

Quite honestly, I’m tired of hearing that and you know what? I aim to do something about it.
